Building and content against the named perils* (named perils are Fire and lightning, Explosion, Aircraft Damage, Impact Damage, Cyclone, Storm and Tempest (CST), Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami, Tidal-wave, Volcanic Eruption, Hurricane, Typhoon and Tornado, Bursting and overflowing of water tanks, apparatus or pipes (BOT), Electrical inclusion and Burglary cover)

Removal of debris due to named perils*

Damages to solar devisors/antennas

Monthly rental for alternate accommodation (damages to your building due to the named perils)*

Accidental breakage of furniture glass/mirror

Damages to your landscaping

My Home policy also provides protection for;

Legal liability to the third party arising from the premises

Spoilage of food in your freezer due to an accidental power failure

Personal Accident Cover for you and family, domestic help 

Medical expenses for your pet (Dog and Cat only)

Damages to named electrical appliances followed by a power surge (with and without burn marks)

The policy can be extended to cover Riots, Strike, Civil Commotion, Malicious Damage & Terrorism.
