INTRODUCING MY HEALTH
This policy is aimed at individuals essentially focusing on the aspects of critical illness, personal accident and surgical and hospitalization insurance. MyHealth covers the insured up to the age of 55 years.
Following are the benefits covered under MyHealth policy
Under section 01: Personal Accident & Critical Illness cover

Special Notes
Proposer can choose any Plan on Section 01 and any Option in Section 02, or proposer have the ability to take only Section 01 without taking section 02.
Section 02 is only provided if the section 01 been taken at the Age limit 18 to 55
