- Building and content against the named perils* (named perils are Fire and lightning, Explosion, Aircraft Damage, Impact Damage, Cyclone, Storm and Tempest (CST), Flood, Earthquake, Tsunami, Tidal-wave, Volcanic Eruption, Hurricane, Typhoon and Tornado, Bursting and overflowing of water tanks, apparatus or pipes (BOT), Electrical inclusion and Burglary cover)
- Removal of debris due to named perils*
- Damages to solar devisors/antennas
- Monthly rental for alternate accommodation (damages to your building due to the named perils)*
- Accidental breakage of furniture glass/mirror
- Damages to your landscaping
My Home Takaful also provides protection for
- Legal liability to the third party arising from the premises
- Spoilage of food in your freezer due to an accidental power failure
- Personal Accident Cover for you and family, domestic help
- Damages to named electrical appliances followed by a power surge (with and without burn marks)
